A meeting is arranged at your convenience to evaluate your needs and concerns.

There is no charge for this initial consultation.

We discuss your goals and offer insight and suggestions to implement and/or improve upon them.

If you decide that we can provide the services and solutions required to meet your objectives, we then proceed with your input to map out your business' Design Prospectus.

This plan of action will be applied to all work considered; be it Networking/IT issues or Digital & Graphic Design issues.

We use this working, yet flexible blueprint to keep you in the loop at all times, and to insure that everyone is on the same page toward meeting your goals in an efficient manner.

After exploring your expectations we agree on how the final end product will be evaluated and signed off on or supported.
Further communications are also outlined.

Additionally we discuss our rates and which service options will best fit your needs based on how "hands-on" you wish to be.

Any and all concerns and questions will be fully answered and given full respect and attention.
